The MSP Facility Board (MSP-FB) is the entity responsible primarily for selecting: (i) MSP proposals for implementation and scheduling by the ECORD Science Operator (ESO), JAMSTEC/MarE3, or as expeditions implemented jointly by ESO and JAMSTEC; and (ii) SPARC proposals for funding in each annual round.
