Science in IODP3 is driven by community-generated drilling proposals targeting the vision outlined in the 2050 Science Framework and utilising multiple drilling platforms.
The IODP3 proposal submission and evaluation process is designed to transform exciting science into successful drilling expeditions. The guidelines for scientific ocean drilling proposals are now available – deadline for applications: 31 January 2025
